Many of the aspects Andy Clark brings to the foreground in his book, Natural-Born Cyborgs, are reiterated in this Ted Talk by Amber Case; that we are already cyborgs. The case is put forth that we have actually been “cyborgs” since humans began using tools, as the brain offloads its processes to the ubiquitous use of external devices.
